上世纪前半叶,欧洲先后经历了两次世界大战的磨难。在战后条约的基础上,欧洲分别形成了两个不同的安全体系:"凡尔赛体系"和"雅尔塔体系"。这两大体系不同的内部结构和运作机制给欧洲带来截然不同的命运。

In the first half of the last century the European continent has witnessed two horrible world wars, both of which ended with the establishment of a security system respectively, namely, the Versailles system after WWI, and the Yalta system after WWII. They have both brought about different influences on Europe.
