将上述设计概念应用于工业尿素合成塔时,还会出现两类问题,偏离设计状态,进一步影响合成转化率和塔利用效率.
The first part, Principle part of this paper, applying the chemical reaction engineering and transport engineering and other subjects, comprehensively studies urea synthesis process, analyzes the reasons why the CO2 conversions of the conventional CO2 stripping urea proess and the total solution recycling urea process are low, and why the UTI CO2 conversion is high. Based on this viewpoint, the second part of this paper, application and revamp part, presents the strategy and method of revamping synthesis loop to increase CO2 conversion.
