论我国当前社会转型期的价值冲突

On Value Conflicts in Current Social Changing Period of Our Country

价值冲突实质上是价值观念的冲突,社会转型时期必然引起价值冲突。我国当前社会转型期的价值冲突主要表现为道德价值与利益价值的冲突;传统价值与现代价值的冲突;一元价值指导思想与多元价值思想并存的冲突。价值冲突对转型时期的社会既有负面的影响,又具有正面的作用。在当前我国要通过健全社会制度与客观运行机制,建立符合时代要求的新的主导价值观念体系,挖掘与转化中国传统价值论中的生生和谐的和合之学来克服价值冲突的负面影响,充分发挥其积极的功能和作用,实现价值观念之间的新的动态和谐发展。

The conflict of value is in fact that of values. The changing of the social pattern would raise the conflict of value. In the changing period the conflict appears in the values between moral and interest; tradition and modern; mono-concept and multi-concept. The conflict of value has both negative and positive function for the changing period. It is important to build a new system of value concept suitable for the society, find out and change the traditional value of China to overcome the negative impact and develop the positive side, and realize the dynamic development in values according to the perfection of the social system and objective operating mechanisms.
