摘要
运用微波消解 原子荧光光谱法测定水产品中的镉含量。镉浓度为0 5~3 0μg/L时荧光强度与镉浓度呈显著的线性关系,线性方程为Y=1814 6x,r=0 9998 。向青鱼、青虾和河蟹样品中分别添加0 15μg、0 30μg和0 45μg的镉,3个样品的平均回收率依次为84 4%、90 0%和88 9%,最低检测限为88ng/L,最高检测浓度为6 0μg/L。批内变异系数为1 4%~8 0%,批间变异系数为5 5%~9 1%。结果表明该方法灵敏度高、重复性好,适合水产品中镉含量的测定。
Cd content in aquatic products were analyzed by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the significant linear relations between Cd concentration and fluorescence intension in the range of 0.5-3.0 (μg/L.)Y=1 814.6x,r=0.999 8~.The average recovery rates were 84.4%,90.0% and 88.9% respectively,when herring,shrimp and crab samples were added with 0.15 μg,0.30 μg and 0.45 μg.The detection limit was 88 ng/L.The detection extreme was 6.0 μg/L.The intra-batch coefficients of variation were 1.4%-8.0% and inter-batches coefficients of variation were 5.5%-9.1%.The method was sensitive and suitable for the determination of Cd content in aquatic products.
