电报编码冗余的外部压缩法

External Compressing Method on Superfluity of Telegram Coding

汉字电报报文译为电报码后,存在着较大的电报码信息(编码)冗余状况,为此,本文利用在电报报文中电报问出现概率不均的情况对电报码的编码从一个新的角度提出了其优化压缩方案,即进行电报间一级的编码优化。本文并对提出的方案进行了数字论证及定量分析,且给出了计算机上的实现方法和部分结论。

When a Chinese telegram is translated as telegraph code, it concludes much superfluity of message coding, Because many telegram-words have not the same probabilities in the Chinese telegrams,we give an external Compressing melhod to improve the telegram codings from a new hand,It is that improves coding basing on telegram-words, In this paper we have mathematically demonstrated and qua- ntitively analyse the method we give,We give a kind of algorithm on computer and many results, also.
