摘要
研究了CuCl/Schiff碱催化体系在苯甲醇液相氧化羰化合成碳酸二苄酯(DBC)中的催化活性,经GC MS和IR分析确定其为产物。讨论了不同Schiff碱、浓度以及反应温度等因素对合成碳酸二苄酯的影响。实验结果表明,CuCl/NMI(N 甲基咪唑)催化体系具有良好的催化效果。在100℃、2 4MPa、CuCl浓度为0 20mol/L、NMI浓度为0 40mol/L的条件下,反应6h后,苯甲醇的转化率为25 63%,选择性大于99 9%。
Catalytic synthesis of dibenzyl carbonate(DBC) by oxidative carbonylation of benzyl alcohol in homogeneous CuCl/Schiff base system has been studied. Functions of different N-donor ligands, reaction temperature and concentration of N-methylimidazole(NMI) were investigated. Catalytic system with CuCl/NMI was found to have a favorable activity in the oxidative carbonylation. The conversion of benzyl alcohol as high as 25.63% and selectivity of DBC beyound 99.9% were achieved when the reaction was carried out for 6h at 100℃ in CuCl/NMI system, with CuCl 0.20mol/L, NMI 0.40mol/L, 2.4 MPa(V(CO)/V(O_2)=2:1). The identity of DBC was confirmed by GC-MS and IR spectrum.
