摘要
针对塑料滴眼剂瓶普遍存在的质量问题,重新设计加工了1套φ9.2 mm的吹针套,对塑料滴眼剂瓶的瓶口大小进行改进,并优选了塑料滴眼剂瓶滴嘴配方和生产工艺参数。结果表明,塑料滴眼剂瓶滴嘴与瓶口的配合过盈量合理,耐应力开裂参数F_(50)由原来的4h增加到244h,克服了塑料滴眼剂瓶滴嘴因内应力大而出现的开裂现象。
According to the ubiquitous quality problems of plastics bottle for eyedrops, a new blowpipe of φ9.2 mm was designed and processed. The bottleneck size was improved, and the formulation of gargoyle and parameters of processing technology were optmized. The results showed that the shrink range between gargoyle and bottleneck was reasonable, and the parameter F50 of stress crack resistance was increased from 4 h to 244 h, which overcame, the crack of gargoyle as a result of the oversize internal stress.
