低温拉伸夹具的设计与应用

摘要 设计了一套低温拉伸夹具,并用其测试了环氧树脂/SiO_2纳米复合材料在室温和77K环境下的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量和断裂伸长率。结果表明,新设计的拉伸夹具能够在低温环境下很好地测定复合材料的拉伸性能,夹具本身对测量结果无影响。 A new kind of cryogenic tensile testing jig was designed, and it was used to measure the tensile strength, tensile modulus of elasticity and breaking elongation of epoxy/nano-SiO2 composite at room temperature and 77 K. The results showed that the new-designed tensile testing jig suited well for the measurement of mechanical properties of composite at low temperature. And the jig itself had no effect on testing results.
