在螺纹零件注塑模设计中,螺纹脱模是模具设计的关键。给出了堵头注塑模的实用结构,论述了其结构特点和工作原理。该模具采用滚珠丝杠、型腔齿轮自动脱模机构,通过螺纹型腔旋转使注塑件顺利脱离型腔,解决了螺纹脱模问题。
During the design of injection mould for screw thread accessory, the key problem is the demolding of screw thread.
The practical structure of injection mould for casting cap part is presented, and its structural character and operational principle are introduced. The automatic demolding mechanism with feed screw of ball bearing and gear with cavity is used in the mould, and through disconnecting the plastics from cavity smoothly by rotation of the cavity with screw, the question of demolding is resolved.
