摘要
针对目前风力发电机组性能分析评价研究一般仅局限于某一方面,不能全面反应发电机组系统性能问题,本文利用模糊数学理论,探讨了从技术经济、功能设置、可靠性及维修性四个方面来综合评判风力发电机组系统性能的方法和过程。文中分析过程给出的为二阶模糊综合评判,具体分析时,阶数可根据实际情况有所增减,同时权重系数及模糊评判矩阵的确定应综合各方面意见。实际应用表明,将模糊综合评判用于风力发电机组的性能分析及评价是可行的,同时根据分析评判结果,可制定提高发电机组性能的技术措施。
Performance analysis on wind power generation unit is generally concerned about certain aspect and that can't reveal the problems of the whole unit entirely. So with fuzzy mathematics theory, the method and process to evaluate wind power generation unit performance comprehensively were discussed from technical economy, function setting, reliability and maintainability. The work was performed by two-rank fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. By the way, the rank can be modified according to practical conditions and the weight and fuzzy evaluation matrix should also be determined from all aspects. Practical applications indicated that it was feasible to evaluate wind power generation unit performance using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the measures to improve unit performance can be obtained based on evaluated results.
