摘要
目的 :建立以薄层扫描法测定生姜中6 -姜醇含量的方法。方法 :采用双波长反射法对样品进行线性扫描 ,检测波长λs=280nm ,参比波长λR=370nm。结果 :6 -姜醇线性范围为2 0μg~10 2μg(r=0 9996) ,平均回收率为99 4 % (RSD=2 1 % ,n=6)。结论 :本法能有效消除生姜中其它成分对含量测定的干扰 ,且简便、准确、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE:To develop a TLC scanning method for determining the content of6-gingerol in ginˉger.METHODS:The determination was performed by dual-wavelength scanning with reflecting method,and the detection wavelengthλs=280nm,and the reference wavelengthλ R =370nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve for6-gingerol showed good linear correlation within the range of2.0μg~10.2μgr=0.9996.The average recovery and RSD were99.4%and2.1%n=6respectively.CONCLUSION:The method can eliminate the interference of other components in ginger,and is conveˉnient,reliable and good in repeatability.
