摘要
通过流变测量实验,对某稠油的流变特性进行了分析研究。实验中,分别测量油品在不同温度下的剪切应力和剪切速率关系曲线,对得到的多组实验数据分别使用牛顿迭代法、相关系数法以及作者新提出的相对误差比较法拟合流变方程,并详细对三种方法的拟合效果进行了比较;对实验中温度与粘度的关系,采用最小二乘法拟合粘温关系多项式,并对实验结果的图形化进行了优化处理。
Rheology is a rising brink subject, composed of theoretic rheology and experiment rheology. In this paper, the rheologic behavior of the Liaohe viscous oil sample was studied. By rheologic measure experiment, a set of rheologic behavior curves and data ( the relation of shear rate and shear stress )were given under different temperatures. These methods were used in fitting the curves, namely conventional Newton iterative method, coefficient of correlation method and error control method. The results of two methods were compared in this paper. The relation of temperature and viscosity was also studied, and least square fit method was used in the fitting of a polynomial.
