特种石英陶瓷的制备工艺

摘要 介绍了特种石英陶瓷微晶化的工艺过程,分析了注浆成型和微晶化的工艺原理及其参数对微晶石英陶瓷结构成分和性能的影响.并以熔融石英为原料,制备了适用于中、高温度的特种石英陶瓷功能材料. The technological process to produce microcrystalline quartz-ceramic was described. The principles of the injection-shaped process and the quartz-ceramic micro-crystallized process were also presented. The effects of technological parameters on the composition of the microcrystalline quartz-ceramic were investigated in details. A functional material of quartz-ceramic was prepared. This quartz-ceramic is suitable for using at intermediate and high temperatures.
