论实体企业和虚拟企业的分工与合作

On the Division of Work and the Cooperation of Substantial and Invented Enterprises

实体企业在工业经济时代为适应市场同质、大量、需求变化相对较慢的特点,为取得较高的生产效率和较好的经济效益,实施了以产品、工艺等为主要分工和协作对象的运作模式;虚拟企业在知识经济时代为适应市场需求个性化强烈、多品种少批量、需求变化迅速的特点,为获得企业随市场变化而变化良好的灵活性和适应性,取得良好的经济效益。应该实施以企业的运作功能为分工与合作对象的运作模式。虚拟企业的运行方式是在专业化分工协作的基础上的更高层面上的分工协作,但两者也在众多方面存在明显的区别。

Substantial enterprises are the organizations of enterprises in the time of industry economy. Invented enterprises are the organizations of enterprises in the time of knowledge economy. In order to achieve good economic results the two kinds of enterprises should carry out the combination of the division of work and cooperation.
