分析中国农业植物新品种保护现状的同时 ,针对目前品种权保护存在的问题 ,从普及品种权知识。

In this paper, the present condition about the protection of new varieties of plants in China is analysed. At the same time, some relative advice and countermeasures are produced in answer to the problem about the protection of new varieties of plants.
