摘要
采用全规整填料技术对加氢分馏塔和稳定塔进行技术改造,在工艺流程的计算机模拟和流体力学性能核算的基础上提出了具体改造方案。工业运行数据表明,改造后的加氢装置处理能力扩大了29%,主要产品收率也得到大幅度提高,其中加氢柴油收率提高了12个百分点,产品质量也得到明显改善。
Fractionation column and stabilizer of the hydrofining unit have been revamped with the structured packing technology and the revamping scheme has been proposed based on computer simulation of the process and the calculation of fluid dynamic performance. Commercial running data show that the processing capacity has been enhanced by 29% , main product yields largely increased, hydrogenated diesel yield increased by 12 percent points and the product quality has been evidently improved.
