摘要
介绍SPV4900钢板在国内最大的125 dam3外浮顶原油储罐上的应用情况。根据该储罐对所用高强度钢板的特殊技术要求,进行了手工电弧焊、埋弧自动焊、气电立焊焊接试验,确定出合适的焊接工艺。通过对焊接试件进行模拟焊后热处理,验证了所采用的热处理方法的可靠性。
Application of SPV490Q low alloy high strength steel sheet in the largest domestic 125 dam3 floating roof crude oil storage tank is expounded. Manual arc welding, automatic submerged arc welding and the electrogas vertical welding methods have been tested according to the special technique requirement and the appropriate welding process determined. Simulated after-welding heat treatment of the weldment has been carried out and the reliability of the adopted heat treatment method certified.
