摘要
某厂要增设第二套分子筛脱蜡装置 ,该项目存在场地小、拆迁工程量大、防火间距无法符合规范要求等老厂技术改造普遍存在的制约因素。在项目规划设计中 ,设计人员通过贯彻工厂设计模式改革精神 ,依托老厂现有资源 ,挖潜改造 ,新老结合 ,优化总图布置和公用工程 ,使设计实现了高起点、高水平和占地少、定员少、投资少的目标。
The second molecular sieve dewaxing unit is to be built in a refinery and there are a lot of restraint factors such as small area, a large amount of dismantlement and moving work, meanwhile the fireproofing distance is difficult to meet the specification. Through modifying the plant design model, making a full use of existing resource and optimizing the general plan layout and utilities, the design objective of high starting point and technical level, small area, low investment and less staff number has been realized.
