摘要
介绍了法国石油研究院 (IFP)的专利技术———ELUXYL对二甲苯吸附分离工艺。讨论了采用该分离工艺的中国石化镇海炼油化工股份有限公司 0 .45Mt/a对二甲苯装置中 ,ELUXYL工艺核心区吸附塔部分的管道设计 ,着重阐述了循环泵管道及敷塔管道的设计特点。目前该装置已顺利投产 ,运行平稳。
ELUXYL PX adsorptive separation process developed by IFP is briefly expounded. Pipeline design of the adsorber in the central area of 0.45 Mt/a PX unit in Zhenhai Petroleum Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. adopting ELUXYL process has been discussed with the emphasis on design features of circulating pump pipeline and adsorber-laying pipeline. Now the unit has been started up with a smooth running.
