D-Prism降硫助剂的工业应用

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF D-PRISM SULFUR REDUCTION AGENT

为降低汽油硫含量,洛阳分公司I套催化裂化装置使用了D-Prism降硫助剂。工业应用结果表明,D-Prism降硫助剂与RFG-LY降烯烃催化剂共同使用,具有较强的降硫效果,催化裂化汽油的硫质量分数为560μg/g,比使用前降低280μg/g;产品分布较好,总轻液体收率83.77％。

D-Prism sulfur reduction agent has been used in the first FCC unit of Luoyang Company to decrease gasoline sulfur content. Commercial application result shows that a good sulfur reduction effect has been obtained by adopting D-Prism sulfur reduction agent together with RFG-LY olefin reduction catalyst. Sulfur content of FCC gasoline is 560 μg/g and it has been reduced by 280 MMMMMMMMMMMg/g compared with the previously used agent. Product slate is good and the total liquid yield is 88.77 % .
