用窄点技术挖掘催化裂化装置的节能潜力 被引量:4

摘要 窄点技术在国内催化裂化装置设计和改造中的应用还非常少。以某新设计且能耗也很先进的1.4 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置为例,应用窄点技术对节能提出了改进方案。将现状换热网络的窄点温差从43℃减小到20.8℃,多产中压蒸汽6.7 t/h,装置能耗降低126 MJ/t。同时也考虑了发生高压蒸汽的改进方案,并得出了该方案降低装置能耗一般不超过164 MJ/t的结论。结果表明:窄点技术应用于催化裂化装置有很好的节能效果。 Pinch technology is seldom used in the design and revamping of domestic FCC units. The scheme to improve energy conservation with pinch technology has been proposed taking the 28 000 b/d RFCC unit as example, which is newly designed and has a advanced index of energy consumption. Temperature difference of the existing heat exchange network is expected to be reduced from 43 ℃ to 20.8℃, and more 6.7 t/h middle pressure vapor generated. Energy consumption of the unit can be decreased by 126 MJ/t. Scheme for generating high pressure vapor has been discussed as well, and the result shows that energy consumption reduction of the unit will not exceed 164 MJ/t. Good energy conservation effect will be obtained with the application of pinch technology in FCC unit.
