摘要
现代企业竞争在相当程度上表现为战略思维、战略定位的竞争,企业战略管理已被提到空前高度,结合笔者学习和工作的感悟简要论述企业战略。
The competition among modern enterprises is manifesting quite as some kind of competitions based on strategic thoughts and strategic orientations, so the management of the enterprise strategies has been regarded as the great importance. This thesis is talking about the enterprise strategy according to the author's feelings from his experiences of studying and working.
