摘要
通过对液体在片状陶瓷膜孔内润湿速率的测量,研究了Al2O3、ZrO2、TiO2膜和复合陶瓷膜的润湿性。将陶瓷膜的润湿动力学曲线划分为五个阶段,水被选作参比溶剂;同时,通过修正的Washburn法计算得到异丁醇、甲苯和四种陶瓷膜的相对润湿接触角,它显示出几种材料均具有较强的亲水性。
Through the measurements of the intrapore liquid penetration velocity of the ceramic membrane, the wetting properties of A12O3, ZrO2, TiO2 and a composite membrane were investigated and compared. The wetting kinetics curve was divided into five stages, and the slope of the linear stage was used for calculation of the membrane material constant and wetting contact angle. Using water as reference agent the material constants for the four kinds of plane ceramic membrane were obtained. The relative wetting contact angles of isobutanol and toluene were calculated by the modified Washburn equation. The results show that wetting properties of the four kinds of ceramic materials are similar. All the four kinds of membranes are strongly hydrophilic and fit for preparation of O/W emulsion.
