摘要
本文论述了寻租研究兴起的背景,介绍了近二十年来,不同流派、不同领域的经济学家对寻租问题的研究成果、研究方法和政策建议。归纳出寻租研究对经济学理论所做的贡献。并结合我国转轨时期的政治经济领域所存在的一些重大现实问题,就寻租研究对我国当前政治经济体制改革所具有的重大实践意义加以阐述。这对我们搞好我国经济体制改革和政府经济干预政策的制定具有现实意义。
The paper expanded the study background of rent seeking,achievement,method and policy suggestions,the theory contribution of the study of rent seeking for econornics.It explained the important meaning of studying rent seeking for our present political and economic reform combining with the important problems existing in politic and economic fields in our changing times.
