全喉切除术对患者生活质量的影响及护理

The Effect of Total Laryngectomy on the Patients Life Quality and Nursing Intervention

目的 明确喉切除术后对患者生活质量的影响因素 ,为实施护理干预提供参考依据。方法 采用综合生活质量评定问卷对我院 6 5例行全喉切除术的患者和 5 0例健康人的生活质量进行调查。结果 喉切除术对患者生活质量影响自大到小依次为 :心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活 ;而且观察组与对照组在躯体、心理、社会功能方面有显著差异。结论 喉切除术后患者的生活质量受多种因素影响 ,护理人员应从各方面给予护理干预 ,增强患者战胜疾病的信心 ,提高患者术后有效的应对能力以改善其生活质量。

Objective To assess the quality of life and relevant factors following laryngectomy in order to set up a suitable pattern of nursing intervention. Methods Questionnaire for the patients with laryngectomy was used to evaluate the quality of life, while healthy subjects was selected as control. Results The relevant factors effecting on the life quality were following: psychological function, somatological function, social function and economical condition in turn moreover, there was a statistical different between the both groups about the relevant factors, especially psychological function. Conclusions The life quality of the patients with total laryngectomy depends on the several factors. The nursing care should be provided to patients basing on these factors. The nursing intervention is necessary for releasing the patient's nervous and promoting their recovery confidence for the disease, which can improve the life quality after surgery.
