An experimental analysis of lubrication of flexible rolling bearing for harmonic drive.

柔性滚动轴承润滑状态对谐波齿轮传动的工作性能、寿命和能量损耗有重大影响。文中对XB-120型谐波齿轮减速器柔性滚动轴承的润滑状态进行了试验分析,测量了不同跑合时间的轴承金属接触 时间比率;随着跑合时间的增加,金属接触时间比率下降。保持架结构形式对轴承润滑状态有一定影响。附图5幅,表1个,参考文献2篇。

The lubrication condition of the flexible rolling bearing shows strong influence on the performance, life and power loss of harmonic drive. In this article, experimental analyses were made for the lubrication condition of the flexible rolling bearing in harmonic gear reducer type XB- 120. Asperity contact-time fractions were meascured for the bearing at various running in times. There was a decrease of asperity contact-time fraction as running-in progressed . The shape of the cage pocket showed an influence on the oil film state in the bearing. Measurements were also made for different lubricant viscosity, and showed that the lubricant viscosity had great influence on EHL.of the bearing.
