摘要
知识经济下的企业能否充分利用企业知识资源、实现企业内隐性知识及显性知识的转化 ,是企业能否保持创新能力及竞争优势的关键。本文针对企业知识转化过程中存在的障碍 ,从创造知识共享的环境和建立学习型组织两个方面来构筑知识转化的实现策略。
For companies,the realization of transformation between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge is the key to remain the ability of innovation and competitive predominance.This article discusses the signification and obstacles of knowledge transformation,and plans to improve the condition through two aspects of share-environment and learning-organization.
