摘要
采用柔性悬挂方法测试滚动轴承的机械阻抗,根据滚动轴承的支承形式提出了相应的动车学模型,由该动力学模型和测试得到的阻抗曲线。识别出滚动轴承的刚度和阻尼值,用此法识别得到的滚动轴承动态参数剔除了支承状况的影响,从而使得识别值更符合实际情况,附图6幅,表7个。
The mechanical resitances of rolling bearings are tested through using the flexibre suspension, and the corresponding dynamic model is put forward on the basis of the supporting form of rolling bearings, and the rigidity and damping of rolling bearings are identified-Using this method eliminates the influence of the supporting form on dynamic parameters of rolling bearings, therefore the identified parameters tally with the actual situation better.
