摘要
目的 :观察灵芝多糖对荷瘤小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法 :纯系BALB/c小鼠 30只 ,用U14 瘤细胞荷瘤建立动物模型 ,随机平均分为三组 :灵芝多糖治疗组、环磷酰胺治疗组、生理盐水对照组。观察灵芝多糖对荷瘤小鼠NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率、TNF α等免疫指标的影响。结果 :灵芝多糖能够显著提高治疗组小鼠的NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率和血清中TNF α、IL 2的含量。结论 :灵芝多糖能够显著提荷瘤小鼠免疫系统的活性。
Objective:Observing the anti tumor action of ganoderma polysaccharides and its influence of immune systerm in mice.Methods:MMT method to estimate cell poison action of ganoderma polysaccharides.After creating the animal model of mice bearing tumors,we observe their life spans,rate of anti tumor and influence of immune systerm of ganoderma polysaccharides in mice Results:Ganoderma polysaccharides hasn't a direct killing action for neoplasia cells( P <0 05),but it can prolong the life span of mice bearing tumors.Compared by the treatment bundle and the control bundle,we find that NK cell activity,transformation efficiency of lymphocytic cell and TNF α in blood serum in the treatment bundle appear striking rises.Conclusion:The anti tumor action of ganoderma polysaccharides in mice was mediated by the corpus immune systerm.
