住院病人感染枸橼酸杆菌临床分布及其耐药性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :调查我院院内枸橼酸杆菌的临床分布特点 ,产生高活性 β 内酰胺酶情况及其耐药性。 方法 :对 2 0 0 1年 6月~ 2 0 0 2年 12月间临床分离的 4 3株枸橼酸杆菌分析 ,采用改良三维试验方法检测其 β 内酰胺酶表型 ,K B法检测耐药性。结果 :4 3株枸橼酸杆菌以弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌为主 ,主要分离于老年人痰标本。有 4株产ESBLs阳性 ,3株同时高产AmpC酶和ESBLs。结论 :产高活性 β Objectives:To investigate the clinical distribution and the occurrence of AmpC enzyme and extended spectram β lactamases(ESBLs) and the drug resistance of Citrobacter strains from Bethune peace hospital in China.Methods:43 strains of nosocomial citrobacter from May 2001 to December 2002 were detected for AmpC enzyme and ESBLs by a modified three dimensional extract test.K B disc diffusion test was used for antimicrobial resistance.Results:Among the 43 isolates,the most species was C freundii and they were mostly isolated from sputum of old people.4 strains were considered as ESBLs producing strains,3 strains produced both AmpC enzyme and ESBLs.Conclusion:High active β Lactamase producing Citrobcter strains were very common in this hospital
