摘要
目的:合成非离子型X线造影剂碘佛醇。方法:以自制的5-氨基-N,N’-双(2,3-二羟丙基)-2,4,6-三碘-1,3-苯二甲酰胺为原料,经氯酰化、水解和氮烷基化反应制得碘佛醇粗品;碘佛醇粗品的纯化分别采用甲醇、732和717树脂处理,再用丁醇重结晶。结果:产品经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱鉴定与碘佛醇结构一致。结论:该方法操作简便,适于工业化生产。
Objective:To synthesize ioversol,a non-ionic x-ray contrast agent. Methods: loversol was synthesized by choloracetylation, dechlorination, and alkylation of 5-amino-N,N '-bis(2,3-dihy-droxypropyl)-2,4,6-triiodoisophthalamide.The crude product was treated with methanol,732 and 717 resins successionally and purified by recrystallization from butanol. Results: That the structure of the product obtained by the process was confirmed by IR,1H-NMR,13CNMR,MS (FAB) and elemental analysis. Conclusion: A simple and convenient method for synthesis of ioversol is provided and it is suitable for pharmaceutical industry.
