Determination of volatile components in bergamot by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with solid-phase microextraction

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取技术富集佛手挥发性化合物,经气相色谱 质谱联用仪分析,共27个化合物被分离和鉴定,主要的化合物为1R α 蒎烯(43.52%)、松油烯(26.68%)、(+) 4 蒈烯(3.47%)、α 月桂烯(3.38%)、罗勒烯(3.13%)和环葑烯(2.94%)等. Volatile components in bergamot were extracted by solid-phase microextraction with 100 μm polydimethylsiloxane fiber at the extraction conditions of temperature of 60 ℃ and time of 30 min.27 extracted components in bergamot were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.These constituents represented 99.6% of the total peak areas.The main compounds included cyclofenchene,1R-α-pinene,ocimene,terpinolene,(+)-4-carene,germacrene,α-farnesene etc.Their relative contents were calculated on basis of peak areas.s-r was calculated by peak areas and s-r less than 5% was obtained.
