Decision thinking for the northern demarcation line of Yangtzi River Delta

长江三角洲是我国最大的三角洲,也是我国经济最发达的地区之一.过去人们一直认为长江三角洲的自然北界是通扬运河.通过对长江三角洲区域的地质、地貌、水文等分析,提出以苏北灌溉总渠作为长江三角洲北界的观点,这样里下河平原和太湖平原同属于长江三角洲,扩大了长江三角洲的范围.

The Yangtzi River Delta is the biggest delta in China.It is one of the most developed area in our country.In the past,it was thought that Tongyang canal is the northern demarcation line of the Yangtzi River Delta in nature.This paper,based on geological and hydrological study of the Yangtzi River Delta,proposed that the Subei Irrigate-General canal is the northern demarcation line of the Yangtzi Delta.
