摘要
采用实验法、观察法,以体育教育专业学生为研究对象,对其在田径普修课中的背向滑步推铅球实施目标教学.结果表明:目标教学对学生背向滑步推铅球的技术、技能、基本理论知识的掌握、教学能力的培养与提高均有良好的成效.
This paper,through experiments and observations,conducted an objective teaching for P.E.majors in backward slipping discus shotting.Results showed that target teaching has a desirable impact on students relevant mastery of discus shotting techniques,skills and basic theory as well as cultivation and improvement of teaching ability.
