优克胶囊与阿米替林长期治疗抑郁症的效果-成本分析

Effect and cost analysis of fluoxetine and amitriptyline in the treatment of depression.

目的 评价优克胶囊与阿米替林长期治疗抑郁症的疗效及成本 效果比。方法 采用HAMD和TESS ,对 4 7例服用优克胶囊的抑郁患者和 4 2例服用阿米替林的抑郁患者的疗效和副反应进行比较 ,并对其费用进行比较分析。结果 优克胶囊和阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效和费用间无显著差异 ,但两者副反应有显著差异。结论 优克胶囊费用和疗效与阿米替林相当 ,但更安全 ,适合用于长期治疗抑郁症。

Objective To compare the efficacy and effect-cost ratio between fluoxetine and amitriptyline in the treatment of depression.Methods Forty-seven depressiv patients treated with fluoxetine and forty-two with amitriptyline.The effect and side effects were assessed with HAMD and TESS.The cost was contrasted.Results The cost and effect had no significant differences between the two groups,but the difference of side effects was significant.Conclusion Fluoxetine was similar with amitriptyline on the effect and cost,but it was safer and more suitable for the longterm treatment.
