摘要 骨是一不断更新的组织,骨重建贯穿生命过程的始终.骨重建包括骨吸收和随后进行的骨形成.骨形成和骨吸收的动态平衡维持着正常的骨代谢.当骨吸收大于骨形成时,导致骨量减少.骨吸收的主要细胞是多核的破骨细胞(Osteoclast,OC).近年来,随着分子生物学和细胞生物学的发展,人们对骨髓微环境在调节破骨细胞形成和骨吸收方面有了较深入的了解.体内和体外模型的建立,为研究正常和病理情况下的破骨细胞的生物学特性提供了重要信息.在骨髓微环境中,成骨细胞和破骨细胞的细胞间接触,信号传递调控着破骨细胞的分化、活化及其功能活动.这对骨的纵向生长、更新及峰值骨量的保持等具有决定性的作用.
