摘要 以 3种抗旱性不同的品种为材料研究了水分胁迫对玉米幼苗氮代谢的影响 ,结果表明 :在水分胁迫下 ,玉米叶片可溶性蛋白含量和硝酸还原酶活性逐渐下降 ,正在生长中的新叶比已停止生长的老叶下降幅度更大 ;在短期水分胁迫下 ,根系中可溶性蛋白及硝酸还原酶活性略有升高 ,随着胁迫时间的进一步延长而急剧下降。 The effects of water-stress on the nitrogen metabolism of maize seedling were studied with different drought-resistance varieties in this paper. The results are as follows: the soluble protein content and nitrate reductase activity in the leaves of maize seedling decline under water-stress. The declining degree in growing leaves is bigger than that in old leaves. The soluble protein content and nitrate reductase activity in roots of maize seedling increase a little after a short water stress, but they decline rapidly when further water-stress continues. The declining degree of soluble protein content and nitrate reductase activity in maize seedling of low drought-resistance variety is larger than that of high drought-resistance variety.
