微电渗流毛细管原位柱中流动相组成对电渗流的影响

摘要 采用原位聚合的方法合成了一种新型微电渗流毛细管电泳原位柱。考察了不同有机调节剂种类和浓度 ,pH对电渗流的影响 ,在 pH值 2 .3~ 9.8范围内 ,电渗流小于 19.6× 10 -10 m2 V-1s-1。当有机调节剂浓度从 6 0 %增加到 90 %时 ,电渗流仅从 6 .6× 10 -10 m2 V-1s-1增大到 4 8.9× 10 -10 m2 V-1s-1。结果表明 。 Monolithic columns with low electroosmotic flow (EOF) in the electric field have been prepared by in situ polymerization of butyl methacrylate and ethylene dimethacrylate in the presence of suitable porogenic solvents. Parameters that might affect EOF, such as the species and proportion of organic solvent, have been studied systematically. In the pH range of 2.3 similar to 9.8, steady EOF could be obtatined with in 19.6 x 10(-10) m(2)V(-1) s(-1). When the proportion of organic solvent increased from 60% to 90%, the EOF increased from 6.6 x 10(-10) m(2)V(-1)s(-1) to 48. 9 x 10(-10) m(2)V(-1) s(-1). The results show that this kind of monolithic column could keep low EOF in the mode of CEC.
