摘要 在NaH存在下 ,以DMF为溶剂 ,在温和条件下合成了手性配体 1 ,4 双 (9 O 奎宁 ) 2 ,3 二氮杂萘 ,最后用重结晶方法得到纯品 。 The chiral ligand 1,4 bis(9 O quininyl) phthalazine was prepared in a high yield under mild conditions,which used DMF as solvent in the presence of NaH.The pure product was recrystallized by ethyl acetate.This provides a simple way to synthesize the chiral ligand in a large scale.
