摘要
研究了以偏三甲苯气相空气氧化法制备偏苯三甲酸酐的反应 ,最佳反应条件是 :催化剂负荷 35~ 37g(偏三甲苯 ) /h·L(催化剂 )、水料配比 17~ 2 3g(水 ) /g(偏三甲苯 )、空气流速 35 0 0L(空气 ) /h·L(催化剂 ) ,偏三甲苯氧化成偏苯三甲酸酐的质量收率达 90 %左右。
The preparation reaction of trimellitic anhydride from pseudocumene by gas-phase air-oxidation was investigated in this research work.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:load of the catalyst was 35~37g (pseudocumene) /h,l (catalyst);water/pseudocumene was 17g~23g(water)/g(pseudocumene); air velocity was 3500l/h. The mass yield of trimellitic anhydride was 90%.
