草决明不同部位中无机元素的含量测定

Determination of inorganic element in different position of Cassia obtusifolia L.

目的 测定草决明根、叶、茎中无机元素含量。方法 湿法消化 ,应用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定。结果 根、叶、茎中Ca、Mg、K、Na、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Sr、Cr等元素含量较高。结论 草决明根、叶、茎中含有丰富的无机元素 ,且含量因部位不同而有较大差异。

Objective: To detemine the content of inorganic element in roots,branches and leaves of Cassia obtusifolia L. Methods: Digestion of waterish method and using the atomic absorbing spectrophotometer to determine the contents. Results: There were rich inorganic element such as Ca, Mg, K, Na, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Sr, Cr in roots,branches and leaves of Cassia obtusifolia L. Conclusion: There are rich inorganic elements in roots,branches and leaves of Cassia obtusifolia L. and the contents are discrepancy because of the different position.
