摘要
目的 利用生物技术对几种食用菌菌株进行富铬培养 ,筛选理想菌株。方法 应用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法 ,测定其含铬量。结果 羊肚菌是较为理想的富铬菌种 ,富铬后羊肚菌中铬的含量明显增高 ,对其他微量元素含量影响很小。富铬培养液的浓度以 2 0 0mg/L左右为宜。结论 富铬羊肚菌可有效的将无机铬转化为有机铬 ,易于被人体吸收。它作为一种功能性食品 ,对于预防和改善缺铬引起的糖尿病及其它疾病具有十分重要的意义。
Objective: Biology techniques To cultivate several edible fungi with high ability of chromium and select the desirable ones. Methods: The chromiun's content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorb spectrophotemeter. Results: Morchella Powder pioved to be an ideal Chiomium enriched fungus. The chrominm in Morchella Powder was greatly increased while other trace elemens nearly had almost no changes. The best concentration of Cr enriched culture medium should be 200 mg/L. Conclusion:Cr enriched Morchella Powder can effectlively change inorganic Chiomium into organic Chiomium, which is easier to be absorbed. As a kind of functional food, Cr enriched Morchella Powder is very important to prevent and improve Sugar biabetes mellitus and other diseases which are caused by the lack of chromium.
