摘要 目的 评价离子汽化新技术治疗前列腺增生症 (BPH)的疗效。方法 采用经尿道前列腺等离子汽化术(TUPKVP)治疗BPH患者 2 2 8例。结果 手术时间 2 3~ 96 (4 5± 15 )min ,切除前列腺组织重量 2 5~ 91(4 2±16 3)g ,术中均无输血 ,均无电切综合征发生。术后 3~ 5d拔除导尿管 ,排尿均通畅。术后 3~ 6个月随访 ,国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)、生活质量评分 (QOL)、最大尿流率 (Qmax)、平均尿流率 (Qave)、剩余尿等参数均有明显改善 (P <0 0 1)。结论 经尿道前列腺等离子汽化术是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的新手术方法。 Objective: To evaluate the treatment effectiveness of transurethal plasma kinetic vaporization of the prostate (TUPKVP). Methods: 228 cases of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) were treated with TUPKVP. Results: The average time of operation was 23~96(45±15)mines, the average weight of removed prostate was 25~91(42±16.3)g. No blood transfusion was given, NO TUR syndrome and no serious complication was observed. Urethral catheters were removed 3~5 days after operation. Clear urination was observed in all patients. Followed up for 3~6 months, the average of IPSS, QOL, Qave and average of residual urine were improved. Conclusions: TUPKVP was a safe and effective method for transurethral resection of BPH with less complications.
