摘要
目的:探讨电针对受损伤的周围神经功能恢复的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠60只切断左侧坐骨神经并缝合,随机分成电针组与模型组。电针组每天穴位电针20min。分别于术后2,4及8周动态观察髓纤维形态学变化、坐骨神经动作电位幅值的变化。模型组不作任何处理。结果:电针组坐骨神经动作电位幅值恢复率2,4及8周时分别为(11.98±4.12)%,(45.03±7.21)%,(82.41±15.97)%时优于模型组(9.46±4.17)%,(15.02±16.98)%,(33.97±7.46)%(P<0.05);有髓神经纤维数、有髓神经纤维直径及截面积在术后各观察点电针组明显多于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位电针对损伤神经的再生和功能恢复有促进作用。
AIM:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on the functional rehabilitati on of injured peripheral nerve. METHODS:Sciatic nerve injury model was established by transection of left scia tic nerve in 60 Wistar rats,which were randomly divided into two groups.The expe rimental group was treated with electroacupuncture,while no treatment in the mod el group.Morphologic changes of fibers in bone marrow and variation of the ampli tude of action potential of sciatic nerve were observed dynamically 2,4 and 8 we eks after the operation respectively. RESULTS:The recovery rates of the amplitude of action potential of the injured nerve in the experimental group were(11.98±4.12)%,(45.03±7.21)%and(82. 41±15.97)%respectively 2,4 and 8 weeks after the operation,all higher than th ose in the model group[(9.46±4.17)%,(15.02±16.98)%and(33.97±7.46)%res pectively](P< 0.05).The number of regenerated myelinated nerve fibers, the mean diameter and the cross sectional area of regenerated myelinated nerve fiber were larger in the experimental group than in the model group after the operation(P< 0. 01). CONCLUSION:Electroacupuncture therapy can improve the functional rehabilitatio n and regeneration of injured peripheral nerve.
