应对方式和人格特征对成年癫痫患者生活质量的影响

Influence of coping styles and personality characteristics on quality of life in adults with epilepsy

目的:探讨应对方式和人格特征对癫痫患者生活质量的影响。方法:对符合入选标准的36例癫痫患者进行生活质量综合评定量表、应对方式问卷、艾森克个性问卷评定。结果:癫痫患者生活质量综合评定量表的4个维度中以躯体功能得分最低(47.68±11.51),物质功能得分最高(59.50±13.18)。癫痫患者应对方式是以自责(0.76±0.18)和幻想(0.61±0.12)为特点,个性是以神经质(54.86±16.15)为特征,相关分析发现,自责和神经质与生活质量综合评定量表总分呈负相关(r=-0.83,-0.81,P<0.005)。外向人格特征和应对方式中的解决问题维度与生活质量综合评定量表总分呈正相关(r=0.81,0.52,P<0.005)。结论:癫痫患者的生活质量受其自身的心理特征的影响。

AIM:To probe the effects of coping styles and personality characteristics on t he quality of life in adults with epilepsy. METHODS:The general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74),coping style ques tionnaire(CSQ) and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) were performed in 36 a dults with epilepsy who met the entry criteria. RESULTS:The scores of GQOLI-74 were the lowest on body function and highest o n substance function,which were 47.68±11.51 and 59.50±13.18 respectively.Self -accusation and mirage were especial coping styles in the adults with epilepsy, and the scores of CSQ were 0.76±0.18 and 0.61±0.12 respectively.The personalit y characteristics of the adults with epilepsy presented neuroticism,scoring 54.8 6±16.15 on EPQ.Correlation analysis revealed that self-accusation and neurotic ism were negatively associated with the total scores of CQOLI-74(r=-0.83,-0.8 1,P< 0.005).Extroversion in personality characteristics and solve difficulty in coping styles were positively correlated with the total scores of CQOLI-74(r=0. 81,0.52,P< 0.005). CONCLUSION:Quality of life in the adults with epilepsy is affected by their ps ychological characteristics.
