脑温改变对脑损伤后脑代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 脑温改变分为脑高温和脑低温两种类型,两者对脑损伤后脑代谢都会产生明显的影响作用,并最终影响患者的预后。脑损伤后患者出现高热,脑部温度升高,脑代谢加剧,耗氧量增加,加重脑组织缺氧,引起酸性代谢产物的增多并且在脑内储留,这些酸性代谢物质会加重脑损伤。脑损伤后如果给予亚低温治疗,脑温降低,脑代谢减缓,脑内耗能减少,脑压随之降低,从而保护受损伤的脑细胞,明显改善脑损伤患者的预后。
