在考虑“长三角”地区体育产业一体化发展问题时 ,人们将面临由“长三角”区域内差别引致的观念分野和由行政区划造就的政府区内自利性这两个不可回避的问题 ,但只要能以竞争与合作作为该区域一体化发展的核心主线 ,以市场机制为主要手段调节资源配置的效率 ,以政府间在融通基础上的宏观制度调控并寻求各方利益和区域利益最大化为目标 ,建立多种层面的协调机制 ,推进多种形式的合作 ,“长三角”体育产业一体化发展将在动态变动的过程中予以实现。

When considering integrative development of sports industry in Yangtze River Delta, we face two inevitable problems, division in thinking caused by difference within Yangtze River Delta and the over concerning of self-interest in every administrative area caused by division of administration area. However, with the core of competition and cooperation as integrative development, making the market mechanism as the key method to coordinate the distribution of resource, regarding the macro-regulation on basis of inter governmental circulation and maximization of individual and regional interest as the goal, establishing the coordination mechanism at different levels, promoting multi-type cooperation. Based on it, the integrative development of sports industry in Yangtze River Delta can be realized during dynamic changing.
