护理科技论文作者一稿多投行为比较分析

Comparision and analysis of the behavior of multi-contribution of manuscript in nursing research

目的 了解、分析护理科技论文作者投稿行为 ,找出一稿多投的动机和原因 ,为临床及护理期刊社制定针对性的管理措施提供依据。方法 采用自设问卷对 6 9所院校的 14 3名作者进行无记名调查 ,将有一稿多投行为者归为多投组、无一稿多投行为者归为规范组。结果 多投组 84人 (5 8.7% ) ,规范组 5 9人 (4 1.3% ) ;两组学历、职称、职务、有关投稿知识知晓率及对编辑部的建议比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;两组对一稿多投的认识 12项中 6项差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;一稿多投原因 19项中排序较前的是为了提高投稿命中率、编辑部反馈信息太慢、是否被录用心中无数、担心投一处不被录用等 10项。

Objective To explore the motivation and reasons of multi-contribution of manuscript by investigating and analyzing the authors’ behavior of contribution, so as to provide guidance for the clinical managers and editors of nursing research journals in setting up management countermeasures.Methods 143 authors from 69 colleges or universities were investigated with the anonymous self-designed questionnaire.The authors who had the behavior of multi-contribution were included into multi-contribution group,others were included into standard group.Results 84 authors (58.7%) had the behavior of multi-contribution and there were 59 authors (41.3%) in the standard group.There was no significant difference in education level,title,duty,knowledge about contribution and suggestions to the editors between the two groups(P>0.05). However, there was significant difference on the attitude to the behavior of multi-contribution,6 out of 12 of designed items(P<0.01). From the answers to 19 designed questions about the reasons of the behavior of multi-contribution, the preceding 10 factors were: to increase the opportunities of being accepted, late response from the editors,uncertainty of being accepted, et al.Conclusion The reasons of multi-contribution included the authors’ impercipient concerns about the imperilment of multi-contribution, uncertainty of being accepted and late response from the editors.Author’s address:1.Nursing Department,Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan 430022,China;2.Department of Pediatric,Hubei Women and Children Health Care Center,Wuhan 430060,China
