Investigation and analysis of the current situation of isolative protection in nurses from general hospitals after SARS

为防止严重急性呼吸综合征 (severeacuterespiratorysyndrome ,SARS)及其类似疾病再次威胁人类健康 ,医护人员仍应保持足够的警惕性。为了了解医护人员的隔离防护现状 ,于北京“双解除”后第 2周 ,对 10 0名三级甲等医院护士进行了问卷调查 ,认为SARS过后仍应保持足够警惕性的有 96人 ;护士在个人防护方面已经表现出明显松懈 ;86 .6 0 %的护士在进行无菌操作前、后能够洗手或使用消毒液 ;92 .78%的护士能够认真执行无菌操作原则。强调对传染病的防范意识不能淡化 ;知识培训、考核与素质教育并重 ;

In order to prevent SARS and the like infectious diseases to threaten mankind again,nursing staff should keep adequate alert all the time.In order to determine the current situation of isolative protection in nursing staff,100 nurses from Grade 3 Class A hospitals were surveyed with questionnaire in the second week after the Beijing “Double Lift”.96 nurses think that keeping alert adequately is a necessity.Some of nurses have begun to show obvious relaxation in personal protection.86.60% of them wash their hands or use disinfectant before and after aseptic manipulation.92.78% nurses can abide by the rules of aseptic technique.The idea of attaching importance to infectious diseases shouldn’t be neglected,equal attention should be paid to knowledge training, check-up and quality education,rules and regulations should be established and perfected.
