手术室全员参与护理管理的做法与体会

The practice and experience of participatory management in operating room

成立行政组、质量控制组、教研组 ,实现了手术室全员参与的管理模式 ,从而使手术室的管理工作制度化、标准化、规范化 ,充分发掘了各级护理人员的潜能 ,增强了手术室管理的顺从性 。

The pattern of nursing management in our operating room is made up of three branches,there are group of administration,group of quality control and group of teaching and research.In this way, all the staff in the operating room participated in the management,and achieved the systematization and standardization of the management. This practice sufficiently excavated the potential of all levels of nursing staff,strengthened the obedience of the management in the operating room, and improved the quality of cooperation in operations.
